Sierra de Gádor, Almería

Situated in the south-western side of the province of Almería, Sierra de Gádor is bounded by Sierra Nevada to the north, the Mediterranean Sea to the south, Sierra Alhamilla to the east and Sierra de la Contraviesa to the west. With a total of 86,000 hectares, this mountain range extends from the sea level to heights over 2,000 metres (Morrón de la Launilla summit, 2,249 metres).

In ‘La mitad de Óscar’, ochre stains the scenes shot in Sierra de Gádor, the side of which extends to a white and limpid town by the sea called Enix.
