The Banesto Tower was one of the most visited attractions during Expo 92, as it was a 92-metre-high panoramic viewpoint on the Expo site on the Isla de la Cartuja. After passing through several owners, it is now closed to the public.

In ‘Nobody Knows Anybody’ by Mateo Gil, the film was shot on the platform of the tower and the film crew were able to enjoy its use and views, images that are captured in the film.
