Calle Baños is located in the heart of the historic centre of Seville, in the Santa Cruz district. The street takes its name from the ancient Arab baths that existed in the area during the time of Al-Andalus. These baths, known as ‘Baños de María Padilla’, were part of the gardens of the Real Alcázar. It has the typical architecture of the area, with narrow cobbled streets, whitewashed walls and balconies with flowers.
