Información
The Castle of Gibralfaro, built during the XIVth century to host the troops and protect the Alcazaba, is nowadays one of the most visited monuments in Malaga. You can walk along its walls and enjoy stunning views of Malaga or come into the Centre of Interpretation to learn about its history. The building was named after a lighthouse that was located at the top of the hill and was considered as the most impenetrable fortress within the Iberian Peninsula for a long time.
