Calle Heliotropo, in the San Luis neighbourhood, is the site of the former Fernández y Roche hat factory, dedicated to the manufacture of all types of felt hats. The old building, designed by the architect José Espiau y Muñoz, is an indispensable witness to the primitive, semi-mechanised handicraft industry of the early 20th century, and therefore an extremely valuable example of cultural heritage.

The exteriors and the building of the old factory appear as the area of the speakeasy where the protagonists of ‘Love & Revolution’ meet.
