The Los Remedios neighborhood is a residential area of Seville. It is located across the Guadalquivir River, opposite the city’s historic center. Los Remedios is known for its wide streets and plazas, and it hosts major events such as Seville’s April Fair (Feria de Abril).

The three friends in the film ‘After’ wander through the quiet streets of the neighborhood, including Calle Padre Damián and Fernando IV. Since most of the film takes place at night, nearly all of the shooting days were night shoots.

Los Remedios is also where the opening of ‘El inconveniente’ by Bernabé Rico takes place. It serves as the main setting for the film, with both interior and exterior scenes shot in the neighborhood.
