Sergeant Campos, Corporal Gamero, and Sergeant Selva must travel to the town of Frontera de Guadiana, Huelva, to deal with a case that reopens an old wound from the town’s past: 19-year-old Mario suffers a manic episode at a Sunday market and ends up murdering three people. He is then admitted to a psychiatric hospital, having been declared “unfit for prosecution.” Twelve years later, a similar case shakes the town again, with Selva and Gamero taking charge of the investigation.
