Inspector Manuel Bianquetti is forced to accept a transfer to the Cádiz police station. His initial peace of mind is shattered by the discovery of a young woman’s body, reminding him of a haunting past. Despite the opposition of his superiors, Bianquetti embarks on a solitary crusade to catch the culprit, following evidence that could be a figment of his imagination. His neighbor, a fragile nurse harassed by her ex-partner, seems to be the only person on his side.
