Built in 1839 by Don Julián Pemartín, it stands out in the landscape as it is located on a hill, accessed by a path lined with cypress trees. It was also used as a country house. It is a magnificent example of bourgeois civil architecture transferred to the countryside.
The façade, in neoclassical style, has a palatial appearance with a symmetrical layout. Notable features include the central balcony with Tuscan pilasters, a frieze with triglyphs and metopes, and a classical pediment.

The Vineyard (Guillem Morales, Alberto Ruiz Rojo y Patricia Font, 2021)
The façade appears at the beginning of the series ‘The Vineyard’, when Edward Claydon arrives in Jerez. It represents the cortijo of the Montalvo family, although the interior scenes were filmed at the viña El Corregidor.
