Owner of a wide touristic tradition, it is one of the most crowded cities in Costa del Sol and it is very well-known for its local character, its distinctive Andalousian flavour, its gastronomy, based mainly on the fish and the stunning beaches.

At the beach of Fuengirola takes place a musical performance of the film ‘Cabriola‘ (Mel Ferrer, 1965) where Marisol performs one of the main hits. Here were also shot some scenes of the film ‘Toro‘ (Kike Maíllo, 2016).
