Calle San Luis is located in the historic center of Seville. It begins at Plaza de San Marcos and ends at the Puerta de la Macarena, near the Historical Ring Road and the old city walls. This street holds great architectural significance, as it is home to the Church of San Luis de los Franceses, the Gothic-Mudejar style parishes of San Gil, Santa Marina, and San Marcos, the Plaza and Palace of Pumarejo, and the Basilica of La Macarena.
In the film ‘Unit 7’, one of the sequences was shot in this area, where the police meet their informants, specifically in a lot where the former Endanza hall was located. The day this scene was filmed, there was a lot of commotion due to the presence of Mario Casas, with teenagers crowding at the entrance of the lot and even blocking the street.
