Isabel is a journalism student who is in the journal of a Galician coastal town for her work placement. During her stay, she finds an anonymous obituary dedicated to Lucía. It tells a love, friendship and treason story in 1958.
Actors Pablo Molinero and Javier Rey confessed their passion for motorbikes, which are very much part of the film, in a city which is famous precisely for its racing circuit – a Mecca for fans of motorcycling.
Alejandro Sanz, who was born in the province of Cádiz, is the author of the film’s main song, a romantic ballad that alludes to the love triangle which is the essence of the story.
For one of the film’s more important scenes Javier Rey had to run through the vineyards of Jerez at night together with the actress María Pedraza.
